  Our design team creates detailed drawings and 3D renderings of your new kitchen. We’ll help you select materials, from cabinets and countertops to flooring and fixtures, ensuring everything works together beautifully.

• Step 3: Proposal & Contract (The Agreement)
  You’ll receive a transparent, detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, project timeline, and all costs. Once approved, we finalize the contract and schedule your project start date.

Before any demolition begins, we handle all the logistics behind the scenes.

• Step 4: Material Ordering & Procurement
  We place orders for all your selected materials, from custom cabinets to appliances. This lead time is crucial to prevent delays once construction begins.

• Step 5: Permit Pulling
  We handle securing all necessary building permits from the city of Minneapolis or your local municipality. This ensures your remodel is fully compliant with local codes—a critical step for your safety and your home’s value.

• Step 6: Demolition & Prep (1-3 Days)
  We carefully remove your old cabinets, appliances, and flooring. We’ll set up dust barriers and a temporary kitchen space to minimize disruption to your home life.

• Step 7: Rough-In Work (1-2 Weeks)
  This is when any structural, electrical, or plumbing changes happen behind the walls. This includes:

  • Plumbing: Relocating pipes for your sink, dishwasher, or gas line for your range.

  This is a major milestone! Your new cabinets are installed, followed by precise templating and installation of your countertops.

• Step 10: Tile Backsplash & Fixture Installation (3-5 Days)
  We install your beautiful new backsplash, followed by the sink, faucet, and lighting fixtures. The electrician and plumber return to hook up all appliances and fixtures.

• Step 11: Final Touches & Punch List
  We install hardware on cabinets and doors, apply final paint touch-ups, and conduct a thorough cleaning. We then do a detailed "punch list" walkthrough with you to note any minor items that need adjustment.

• Step 12: Final Inspection & Project Handoff
  We schedule the final building inspection. Once passed, we present you with your finished kitchen, along with all product warranties and care information.
