The Blaine Attic Masterpiece – A Design-Build Study in High-End Materials 

This Blaine bathroom renovation required an expert design-build approach to navigate a restrictive attic sloped ceiling. At Laghmich Design and Remodeling, we utilized 3D Revit modeling to visualize a layout that maximizes headspace while incorporating premium finishes. 

To ensure a high-end feel, we curated a selection of industry-leading brands:

• The Shower Artistry: We featured Daltile subway tiles in a high-gloss finish, paired with a custom inset featuring Bedrosian’s Cloe tiles in a stunning blue herringbone pattern.

• Performance Hardware: We utilized Kohler and Delta fixtures, specifically a matte black rain shower head and hand-held wand for a multi-functional spa experience. The shower enclosure is custom-fitted with matte gold hardware for a trending "mixed-metal" aesthetic.

• Surface & Lighting: The walls feature large-format porcelain tiles by MSI Surfaces, replicating the timeless look of Calacatta marble. Natural light is amplified by a high-performance Velux skylight, a staple in our energy-efficient Minnesota home renovations.

• Custom Cabinetry: The sage-blue floating vanity features Blum soft-close hinges and was finished with a Sherwin-Williams custom lacquer for a durable, water-resistant finish.
